Business Ventures
While real estate sales are a huge part of what I do, they are only one piece of my overall involvement in the industry. Over the years, I’ve expanded into several related business ventures that allow me to work within real estate from multiple angles.
I am the founder of NextManagement, a real estate transaction management company that supports agents and teams with backend operations and transaction coordination services. I’ve also developed a Transaction Coordinator Bootcamp designed to help others learn the systems, workflows, and processes behind successful transaction management businesses.
In addition, I work as a Title Insurance Sales Representative and am also a licensed notary and closer. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process far beyond just buying and selling homes, allowing me to better support clients, agents, and investors throughout every stage of a transaction.
In addition to real estate sales and title work, I also work as a notary and closing agent. This allows me to personally handle closings for many of my own clients, as well as for other real estate professionals throughout New Jersey.
Being directly involved in closings has given me a deep understanding of the final stages of a real estate transaction, including the closing process, settlement statements, loan documents, title documents, and overall transaction flow from contract to close.
As a notary, I’m also able to assist clients with notarizing important documents when needed, which has often been an added convenience throughout the transaction process. Over the years, I’ve notarized everything from deeds and closing documents to smoke detector and certificate of occupancy applications, among other real estate-related forms.

After about five years of working in the real estate industry, I realized there was a major gap in the business. There was a huge population of producing agents who were overwhelmed with administrative work, but did not yet have the margins to support hiring a full-time assistant or admin team.
That’s where the idea for NextManagement came from.
Founded in June 2021, NextManagement is a real estate transaction management company designed to give agents high-level support without the overhead of a full-time salary. Our team works on a per diem basis, allowing agents and teams to outsource listings, transactions, and backend operations only when they need it.
As of 2026, NextManagement has successfully managed over 2,000 real estate transactions and continues to support agents throughout New Jersey and beyond.

Real estate naturally led me into the title side of the industry. My family has longstanding ties to the title business, so after spending several years working as a realtor, I decided it was important to deepen my understanding of that side of the transaction process too.
I began working with a small, hyper-local title company that my family has been connected to for years. That experience gave me a strong foundation and allowed me to learn the business in a very hands-on, relationship-driven environment.
After several years in the industry, I realized I was ready to expand my reach and grow within a larger organization. In February 2025, I joined Foundation Title, which holds the largest market share of any title company in the state of New Jersey. Working in title has given me an even deeper understanding of real estate transactions from contract to closing, allowing me to better support agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the entire process.

As NextManagement continued to grow, I realized that larger real estate teams and brokerages were facing a different version of the same problem. While many had the volume to support in-house transaction coordinators, they often lacked the systems, workflows, hiring processes, and training needed to build an operations department.
That led to the creation of the Transaction Coordinator Bootcamp. The course was designed to help teams and brokerages build and scale their own internal transaction coordination systems from the ground up. Inside the program, we cover everything from workflows and operational structure to hiring, onboarding, training, and long-term management strategies for transaction coordinators.
The goal is to help organizations create systems that allow transactions to run smoothly, consistently, and efficiently as they grow.
